Michela – this isn’t Christmassy at all
Mai – But I picture Rum & Eggnog and a topless guy in santa pants with suspenders. Or else all the Whos in Whoville going crazy at a Christmas party. All the cougar Whos hanging with the 20 year old Whos dancing like on Soul Train
Ashley – Is this actually Christmas music? [the answer is no]
Sam – thumbs up!

I am Kendra Pacilla. I’m 14 years old and I go to the WONDEROUS Sir Winston Churchill Ideal Mini School. I’ve been writing stories probably since before I can remember, but I really got into poetry in grade 5. I was ecstatic to come to the VPL’s Book Camp this year because Pandora’s Collective had given me a scholarship to it, and , well, it’s just awesome. I love to read and write, and listen to every type of music. I was privileged enough to interview my groups tutor James McCann, who’s book Pyre I’ve just finished. It was an amazing experience I’ll never forget. If this Book Camp was so amazing, I can’t wait till next year. I’m definitely a Lifer.

You told us what kinds of colours you wanted (not orange!), what kinds of content you'd like (booklists! event listings! entertainment!) and what features you'd like to see (personal accounts! comments! tags!).
